Tim and Victoria are excited to be leading a new church in Manly. They are the proud parents of Hope and Luca, who love a cuddle at church! Tim spent 6 years overseas in his 20’s, volunteering with African Enterprise in Kenya, working as a consulting in London and studying at Regent College in Vancouver. In 2008 he came home to launch and Pastor a new evening congregation at Northside Baptist Church in Crows Nest before moving down to Manly. Victoria lived and studied at Catch the Fire Toronto before coming back to Sydney to teach dance at Oxford Falls Grammar. They met and married in 2011 and are now cheering each other on in life, ministry and marriage. Tim and Victoria love serving the Manly Life community and are excited to be a part of a growing, diverse and faith filled community!
Joey is our Worship Pastor. He and his wife Bec also pastor our young adults at Manly Life. Joey also leads worship and Bec helps with the kids ministry. They have a rocking daughter named Evie and have lived on the beaches all their lives. Joey is also a postie so lock up your dogs. If you are out of school but don’t yet wear a suit to the city, they would love to have you visit their life group.
Kids Pastor: Grace Clark
Grace is our Kids Pastor at Manly Life. She assists Victoria in leading Life Kids every Sunday at the 9:30am service. You will particularly find her with the little ones! Grace is studying Primary Education and has been involved in kids ministry for years through kids church and camps around the Northern Beaches. Grace loves teaching kids about the love of God and empowering the kids to become shining lights for Jesus wherever they are. If you want to get involved in kids ministry, let Grace know!
Manly Life is led by Tim and Victoria and is wisely assisted by the Administration Group (Ross, Allan and Karin) and the Eldership Group (Tim, Victoria, Julie, Pete and Greg). The Administration Group meets to oversee administrative matters such as the finances, leases, wages, external giving and legal compliances. The Eldership Group meet to look at the vision, values and goals of the church and to provide wisdom and guidance to the Pastoral team.
